Thanks to its chef, Philippe BOUCHER,  Maître Cuisinier de France (Master Chef of France, and former at Paul Bocuse and Georges Blanc) who has been working at the Auberge de Cassagne since 1983, the gourmet restaurant the Auberge de Cassagne is sought-after by the gourmands from all over the world.

The gourmets never stop coming back for his cuisine that respects a restyled Provençal tradition and for the quality of the local products. The exceptional wine cellar offers a perfect combination between dish and wine.

The gourmet restaurant is open to all, 7 days a week:
- Lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
- Dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:15 pm
